You are most welcome to visit any of our branches in person to carry out your transactions. Our app is designed to give you great convenience as you can skip the queues and save time by doing everything online from wherever you are.

No, you can’t. You have to visit any of our branches to update your personal particulars.

Not to worry. If you are a registered user of our app, all your transaction activities can be found in our database. Please head down to our branch if you want a hardcopy replacement. A small replacement fee is applicable.

We accept only eNets at the moment

Your personal information is protected by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Like all other private-sector entities, we are required to comply with the PDPA and ensure that your personal information is safe when you transact with us.

Our E-Renewal service is available throughout the day from 0601hrs to 2330hrs.

We carefully examine all pre-owned items to ensure they are truly authentic before we list them for sale. Nothing is put up for sale if we do not certify the items as authentic. Where possible, we will provide original certificates of the pre-owned items we sell.

Unfortunately, you can’t. We sell our items on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can contact our outlet staff if you have any queries.

For all online transactions, we accept credit and debit cards as well as eNets. Credit card installment plans are also available at the stores. Please visit the stores for more information.

We have highly experienced appraisers who have dealt with various kinds of jewellery, diamonds and valuables. They will authenticate your items and examine their condition before making you an offer. They will also take into consideration factors such as prevailing gold prices.

Currently we do not provide any delivery service. Please contact us to collect your item from our outlets after you have made payment.

You will not be able to cancel or change your order after making payment.

All items sold through Shing Heng Watch & Jewellery E-Shop are non-refundable. You should check the item thoroughly before making any purchase. Any exchange of items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Pawnbroking is a tried and tested system of providing cash to anyone in exchange for holding personal assets as collateral. As this is effectively a loan, you will be charged interest for the duration of the loan. This is a hassle-free service and does not require any credit checks, which are mandatory if you borrow from a financial institution like a bank.

Gold, diamonds, jewellery, luxury timepieces and branded bags can all be pledged as collateral.

How much you can borrow depends on the value of your collateral. The loan amount is subject to our appraisal of the value of the items pledged.

You can borrow for up to six months, although this can be extended, subject to our assessment. There is no minimum loan period.

All pledges kept with us are insured and stored in strong rooms or reinforced safes, our stores are also equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

You only need to pay the interest due when you want to redeem your pledged item or if you wish to extend your current loan beyond six months.

Interest can be paid in person at our stores or online through our website.

You will be issued a pawn ticket when you take up a loan with us. To redeem your pledged item, just bring this pawn ticket and your proof of identity to our outlet, where you can pay the outstanding loan and interest before we return you your item. Pledged items can be redeemed any time before your pawn ticket expires.

Additional interest may be charged if pledged items are not renewed or redeemed on time or upon expiry. Your pledged items may be forfeited if not redeemed upon the end of the loan period and after a final reminder from us.

You can get a replacement ticket by visiting our outlet. A processing fee will be charged.
