Once you accept the loan offer, you will receive your cash instantly. To proceed with the loan, you will need to present your original NRIC, passport, or a valid work permit. In compliance with Singapore law, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Step 3: Redeem or Renew Loan
You will be issued a pawn ticket, which serves as the official receipt for your item. To renew your ticket, you can visit our outlet or do it online using our app. To redeem your pledged item, just bring the pawn ticket and your proof of identity to our outlet, where you can pay the outstanding loan and interest before we return you your item.
